Azure DevOps → Planner Sync

Engineering work lived in Azure DevOps; the team’s planning view lived in Microsoft Planner. Keeping them aligned was manual, so in practice they drifted.

I built automation flows in Power Automate to sync work items between the two, transforming an existing draft workflow into a fully operational solution. The payoff was mostly visibility: better task visualization, and progress graphs that reflected reality without anyone maintaining them by hand.

Not a large project. But it’s the kind of thing that quietly removes a recurring weekly chore, and those compound.
