The problem
Software has to be bought somewhere, and the same surface that sells it is usually the best place to find out who’s interested but not ready yet. Those two jobs pull in different directions: one wants the shortest possible path to a purchase, the other wants to learn something about the visitor.
What I built
Guidepath’s B2B storefront, cataloguing its own ERP and WMS modules, designed and deployed to serve both — delivery for customers who buy, and lead capture for the ones who don’t yet. This is also the storefront that the embedded AI chatbot was provisioned onto.
What I took from it
This was the most product-shaped work I’ve done. The engineering was not the hard part; deciding what the page should ask of someone, and when, was.
